What we do

We have two main products:

Utility Consulting (particularly in the areas of regulation, strategic market analysis, pricing and restructuring for value). Clients can be the utilities themselves, investors, potential new entrants, regulators and government agencies.

Interim Management (fixed term contracts to support (and sometimes transform) teams and organisations in a period of change). Clients can be the utility companies themselves, Government departments and reform agencies, and (financial) investors that require an experienced manager on an interim basis.

We also sometimes support larger consultancy groups on major projects on an Associate basis if they lack our particular skills in-house – please contact us to discuss. Currently, we have agreements in place with AT Kearney, Oakleigh, PIPC, Efficio, and Scott Wilson Business Consultancy.
